Current University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth Trawl Research Projects:

 

  • Test of a Squid Trawl with Raised Footrope Rigging and a Grid Device to Reduce Winter Flounder, Scup and Butterfish Bycatch
  • Further study of the use of large mesh in the belly of a whiting trawl to reduce flounders and cod
